Introduction

This Test Confidence Workshop have been created for anyone who needs to get rid of anxiety and feel more confident about:
• Theory test
• Driving test
• Driving lessons
• Driving
• Part Three Test
• Standard Check Test

I am an ORDIT registered Driving Instructor, and an NLP Master Practitioner and Master Hypnotherapist.

The techniques I use are extremely successful in helping clients to feel the way they need and want to feel.

You may want to feel happy, calm, excited, confident, relaxed, energetic and so on. Feelings that are useful and beneficial for when you drive or take your test.

SECTION 1
In this section, there are demonstrations and talk throughs of four techniques that will help you to get rid of anxiety and feel more confident.

You should practise all of these techniques, and then select the ones that will benefit you.

Then, in the days leading up to your test, practise the technique you will use on the day of your test.

SECTION 2
In this section, there are some Hypnosis videos.

Make sure you select the appropriate video for you!

Then listen to the video, 1-2 times per day for 1-2 weeks.
