Three of the Tell Me questions are ‘under the bonnet’ questions.
You may be expected to open your car bonnet.
To answer these questions, you’ll need to:
- Release the bonnet catch
- Slide the bonnet release
- Lift and secure the bonnet
- Point to whatever the examiner is asking you about
- Explain how you will check it
- Close the bonnet and make sure it’s secure.
These questions are very easy to answer. Just make sure you practice opening and closing the car bonnet a few times before your test.
