This Hypnosis, or hypnotherapy, video uses guided relaxation and focused attention to achieve a heightened state of awareness, that is sometimes called a trance.

Your attention will become focused while in this relaxed state – anything going on around you can be temporarily blocked out or ignored.

But you are in control at all times.

Don’t expect to feel hypnotised – expect to feel relaxed.

You need to be in a place where you can sit or lie down, where you will not be disturbed while it’s playing.

Please DO NOT listen while you’re driving or operating any machinery.

Listen to your video every day if you can, for 1-2 weeks, to get the best benefit from it. If you haven’t got that long, listen for as many days as you can, twice a day.

Again, don’t expect to feel anything other than relaxed. And you’ll be able to relax even more and benefit more from the suggestions better as time goes on.

I want you to focus on successfocus on achieving your goalfocus on being calm, confident and relaxed.
