Welcome to TestBuddy. By contributing content to our platform, you agree to the following terms of publication. These terms outline your responsibilities and rights as a contributor and TestBuddy’s policies regarding submitted content. Please read them carefully. The laws of England and Wales govern these terms.


1. Content Ownership

1.1 By submitting content to TestBuddy, you affirm that you are the original creator of the content and that it does not infringe upon any third-party rights, including copyright, trademarks, or privacy rights under UK law.
1.2 You retain ownership of the content you submit; however, by submitting it, you grant TestBuddy a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, edit, publish, and distribute it with its platform and services.


2. Content Guidelines

2.1 Submitted content must:

  • Be original, accurate, and relevant to the intended audience.
  • Not contain any offensive, defamatory, obscene, or illegal material.
  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations of England and Wales.

2.2 TestBuddy reserves the right to reject, edit, or remove any content that:

  • Violates these guidelines.
  • It is deemed inappropriate for the audience or platform.
  • Contains false, misleading, or plagiarised material.

3. Submission and Review Process

3.1 Content must be submitted via methods outlined on the TestBuddy website or by email to the designated contact address.
3.2 All submissions are subject to review by TestBuddy’s editorial team. Edits may be made for clarity, grammar, formatting, or alignment with brand guidelines.
3.3 TestBuddy will notify contributors if significant changes are made to their content prior to publication.


4. Editorial Rights

4.1 TestBuddy reserves the right to edit, modify, or remove content after publication without prior notice if it is found to violate these terms or applicable laws.
4.2 Contributors may request changes or removal of their content by contacting TestBuddy support. Requests will be considered but are not guaranteed.


5. Liability and Responsibility

5.1 Contributors are solely responsible for ensuring their submissions do not violate any intellectual property, privacy, or other rights of third parties under UK law.
5.2 TestBuddy is not liable for any claims, damages, or disputes arising from published content. Contributors agree to indemnify TestBuddy against any third-party claims related to their submissions.


6. Copyright and Intellectual Property

6.1 TestBuddy respects intellectual property rights and expects contributors to do the same. Any third-party material in submitted content must be cited appropriately and comply with UK copyright law.
6.2 By submitting content, Contributions grants TestBuddy permission to use content for promotional purposes, including social media, marketing campaigns, and website features.


7. Termination of Content

7.1 TestBuddy reserves the right to remove published content at its sole discretion, including content that becomes outdated, irrelevant, or non-compliant with these terms.
7.2 Contributors may request that their content be removed by providing written notice. Requests will be reviewed, but removal is not guaranteed.


8. Privacy and Data Use

8.1 TestBuddy collects personal data, such as your name and contact details, during submission. This data will be used solely for managing your submission and by the UK General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and our Privacy Policy.


9. Compensation

9.1 Unless explicitly agreed in writing, contributors will not receive financial compensation for content submitted to TestBuddy.


10. Dispute Resolution

10.1 Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved amicably between the contributor and TestBuddy. If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
